Information We Collect Renewal by Kate LLC collects personal information that you provide directly to us, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is collected when you engage our organizing services or communicate with us directly.

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to schedule and confirm organizing sessions, send appointment reminders via SMS text message, communicate about your project, and invoice for services rendered.

Text Message Communications By providing your cell phone number to Renewal by Kate LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your upcoming organizing sessions. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and session confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly.

Information Sharing We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide organizing services and communicate with you about your sessions.

Data Storage Client information is stored securely in Google Workspace applications including Google Calendar and Google Drive, accessible only to authorized Renewal by Kate team members.

Services Renewal by Kate LLC provides professional home organizing services. Services are rendered by appointment only.

Appointment Reminders Clients who provide a cell phone number agree to receive SMS appointment reminders from Renewal by Kate LLC at the number provided. Reminders are sent approximately 42 hours before each scheduled session from our business number 608-292-4969. To opt out of SMS reminders reply STOP to any message. For help reply HELP.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may reschedule or cancel up to two sessions per agreement with less than 24 hours notice at no charge. After those two, any additional cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations with no notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee with a minimum charge of $100. We do our best to be understanding in cases of emergency or sudden illness. Please communicate as soon as possible so we can make arrangements accordingly.

Non-Refundable Services Services are non-refundable, but when cancellations are made with proper notice, we will work with you to reschedule your session.

Message and Data Rates Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments.
